Delayed Orders: In the unlikely event
that your order cannot be filled in 30 days we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised
shipment date and give you the option of cancelling the order for a full and prompt refund. If we
cannot fill your order on time, we also reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
If you have not received your order and it has been longer than 30 days then email customer service with
the transaction number you received in the order confirmation email. Customers paying via eCheck will
have their orders shipped when the transfer of electronic funds is complete.
Incorrect Orders: Our quality
assurance staff inspects every order before shipment. However, if you have a problem with an order
then see 'Further Help' below to contact Customer Service. We will promptly correct any error.
Returns: Within 30 days of your shipping date, you may return any unopened
CD for a prompt refund. We cannot accept the return of a CD that has been opened.
If the package is damaged during shipment, please call the carrier to obtain a Damage Claim Number which
will expedite our processing of a replacement. We will only give partial credit for a return more than 30
days after delivery. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost.
International Customers: If you reside outside the United States, additional charges such as customs or taxes
may be imposed by your countries government. These charges are NOT collected by us. It is the buyers responsibility to determine if additional charges
apply and arrange payment with the appropriate authority.
